T-HUET Training (5195)

The aim of the Tropical HUET training programme is to prepare delegates that intend to travel to and from offshore oil and gas installations and vessels by helicopter in a tropical environment by providing specific training in pre-flight and in-flight requirements and to equip delegates with the basic emergency response knowledge and skills required in the event of a helicopter emergency – with specific focus on escaping from a helicopter following ditching and sea survival techniques.

During the theory part of the T-HUET Training (Tropical HUET) you will be informed about the safety aspects on board a helicopter, as well as the possible dangers and emergencies, which can occur during transport by helicopter.

Following you will practice the T-HUET (Tropical Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) in the training pool of FMTC by using the training helicopter.

After successfully completing the course you will receive your OPITO THUET certification.
