Our organisation specialises in providing quality safety training; Offshore training (OPITO & NOGEPA), Wind training (GWO), Maritime training (STCW) and Industry training. FMTC Schiphol Amsterdam in the Netherlands is one of our worldwide training locations. With the airport ‘around the corner’ we are easily accessible for our (international) delegates.

FMTC and BOCAS

At our location Schiphol Amsterdam we have a cooperation with BOCAS; Fire Brigade Training Centre Amsterdam-Amstelland Schiphol. All firefighters for the Amsterdam-Amstelland and Schiphol region are trained here. This location complies with the strictest safety and environmental requirements. In this way, we guarantee that you, as a delegate, work with the best facilities and the most realistic training situations. Under the guidance of our professional certified FMTC instructors, you will follow theory lessons and participate in practical exercises. Increasing safety in the workplace is the central idea of all our training courses.

Schiphol Amsterdam training centre facilities

In addition to all our classrooms for theoretical subjects, we at FMTC Schiphol Amsterdam make use of:

• Various fire objects, including a complete firehouse, a Nozzle unit and an OGS (accident prevention dangerous substances) container.
• Swimming pool with HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training).
• Our newest object: Helicopter platform, including a control room.
• Confined space equipment.
• Climbing tower, for training at height.
• Various boats (including survival craft and fast rescue boat). The practical part of the sailing training Amsterdam-Schiphol takes place at our training location IJmuiden.
