STCW Proficiency Fast Rescue Refresher
During the STCW Proficiency in Fast Rescue Boat Refresher the memory of the trainee is brought up to date in 1 day. This way, the trainee remains able to handle the fast rescue boat and provide leadership on the fast rescue boat during and after the launch. During the training STCW Proficiency in Fast Rescue Boat Refresher they learn the theory of the fast rescue boat and they rehearse the practical part on open water at our location in IJmuiden.
With the approval of the STCW Proficiency in Fast Rescue Boat Refresher, new combination training courses are also available. Besides the combination STCW Basic Safety Training (BST), STCW
Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF) and STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft (PSCRB) the following combination is now also possible:
– STCW Basic Safety Training, STCW Advanced Fire Fighting (AFF), STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft (PSCRB) and STCW Proficiency in Fast Rescue Boat (PFRB)
The combination training is offered every Monday. In case of a combination training, time and money is saved, since different modules overlap.
The practical part of this maritime training takes place in the beautiful marina of IJmuiden and at sea. During the practical part, navigation of the fast rescue boat is rehearsed. The transport from FMTC Schiphol to FTMC IJmuiden and back is arranged by FMTC.
