The Task Risk Assessment e-learning course provides an introduction to identifying hazards, evaluating risks, and implementing effective control measures before and during work activities. This online course supports structured risk assessment practices in industrial and operational environments.

This course introduces the principles of task-based risk assessment and the importance of proactive planning before work begins. Participants will learn how to break tasks into steps, identify hazards, evaluate risk levels, and apply suitable control measures using structured methods such as TRA and JSA principles. The training also covers dynamic risk assessment, toolbox talks, stop work authority, communication practices, and adapting to changing conditions. The course is suitable for personnel responsible for participating in or approving workplace risk assessments.

There are no formal prerequisites. The course is designed for all employees. Basic computer skills and access to a device with an internet connection are required.
