Emergency Response: Golden Hour
During the first hour after an accident, the aid (emergency response) provided to the victim is very important. This is the so called ‘golden hour’. The aid given to the victim, will determine whether or not he is going to recover. ‘Treat first what kills first’ is the basic rule of the First Aid protocol training: act according to the ABCDE-method. The teachers at FMTC are certified and experienced medics, chauffeurs and first aid practitioners. Everyone has got the same principle: get the victim through the first hour as good as possible.
