To perform confined space rescue you will need to have basic knowledge of working with confined spaces and the hazards that may entail.

You must hold a valid Emergency Response Team medical examination to be allowed to wear Breathing Apparatus.

Because of the maximum load of the rescue equipment, learners can be no more than 125kg/275lbs.

As there is no refresher version of the Confined Space Rescue training, you can follow the same course again if your certificate has expired.

There is no specific renewal window for this course.

We recommend you bring at the very least your own safety shoes and glasses. However, FMTC will be able to provide all the PPE necessary.
