Our GWO Wind Limited Access Onshore course is specifically designed to provide essential safety training for those who make infrequent visits to onshore wind farms. This training ensures that participants acquire the minimum knowledge required to safely visit, inspect, and observe the wind turbine generator (WTG) environment. The course is intended for individuals who do not perform operational tasks but need to enter the WTG environment under supervision. To maintain the highest safety standards, all participants must be accompanied by at least two experienced GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) certified personnel during their visit.
Upon successful completion of the Global Wind Organisation (GWO) Onshore Limited Access module, participants will be able to conduct themselves in a manner that does not pose a risk to themselves or others during supervised visits to onshore WTG environments. The training focuses on instilling safe behavior and awareness of potential hazards, ensuring that all visitors understand their responsibilities and the importance of adhering to safety protocols.
Our training provides participants with the basic skills necessary to safely participate in supervised visits to wind turbine generator environments. This course is ideal for those who only require limited access and do not engage in hands-on maintenance or technical work. All course content and requirements are based on the latest GWO standards, ensuring compliance and up-to-date safety knowledge for all attendees.
